An amazing hotel! We arrived early and the front reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and the view of the Gran Via was outstanding. The breakfast package was unbelievable. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the staff in the restaurant upstairs, especially Harold and Lautaro. We look forward to our next stay there. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent accommodations in a very centric location at la Gran Via. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was spacious with a great view from the two balconies. The breakfast, included in the rate, had plenty of options. We dined at the restaurant; very romantic atmosphere and good food. 100% recommended.

Guillermo, Carlotta and the person at the door (i beliebyhis name was Antonio) were really helpful, professional and kind. I visit many hotel and have a tight schedule but they have manage to assist and provide a perfect customer experience.

Great location, right next to the metrom easy walking distance to most places in the centre of Madrid and the friendliest staff I've met so far. The breakfast was great, if you don't see something on the menu just asked and they generally are pretty accommodating. The rooftop bar has amazing views of Gran Via and is a great spot to chill out in the late afternoon/evenings.

After being in Madrid three times previously, this one is the worse, flying across the Atlantic for more than 8 hours, room was not ready causing us many inconvenientes like losing Botín restaurant reservation, etc. it is clear check in at 3PM but not all guess we’re traveling same long period of time. Breakfast was not buffet type like showing on website, it is a misleading, scramble eggs with ibérico jamón was ordered it came cold ice. We paid in advance for the breakfast which We never took, however, never got another replacement option. Rooftop bar share same guess entrance, lady at the main door for the 9 nights during our stay was asking us if We were guesses, very annoying. I will never go to that HOTEL ever, neither recommend anybody to go. Staff was not very friendly , only Alvaro at the front desk was very kind. Hotel lobby is not representative for a NH COLLECTION hotels standard at all, very small , very dark, very cold…. My worse experience in Spain after 8 times traveling to this wonderful country.
